Lauren Frede FNTP, MRWP
Lauren is passionate about helping clients feel like themselves again—energized, balanced, and truly supported. With a background in clinical social work and advanced training in nutrition and functional lab testing, she takes a whole-body, personalized approach to health.

She holds a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University and became a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2020. Lauren is also a Master Restorative Wellness Practitioner; a Certified Nutrition Consultant with a focus on pregnancy, postpartum, and infant nutrition through Oh Baby Nutrition; and a Certified Functional Health Practitioner through Metabolic Mentor University.

Lauren brings a compassionate, whole-person approach to her work, specializing in helping her clients reclaim their energy, restore hormonal balance, and feel empowered in their bodies—especially during the often-overlooked seasons of parenthood. Her own health challenges after becoming a mother deepened her resolve to help others feel heard, validated, and truly supported in their healing journey.
She lives just outside of Fort Worth, Texas, with her husband and three children, and is committed to lifelong learning to ensure her clients receive the most up-to-date, root-cause-focused care.
Britni Johnson, FNTP, MRWP
Britni is a functional health practitioner based in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. She completed her FNTP certification (Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner) with the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2015, and earned her title as an MRWP (Master Restorative Wellness Practitioner) with Restorative Wellness Solutions in 2024. Her passion for holistic health and nutrition was initially sparked by her interest in – and subsequent frustrations with – the highly industrialized U.S. food system, which ultimately led to her involvement on a grass-roots level in sustainable agriculture as a small-scale, regenerative farmer for a number of years.
While she still enjoys digging in the dirt + tending to her yard and garden, Britni has since transitioned into the clinical realm, where she helps clients restore balance and optimize function from within through a personalized, root-cause, food-first approach. Britni is dedicated to supporting both women and men of all ages on their journey to achieve whole body wellness — working first and foremost with the foundations of diet and lifestyle, while also digging deeper via lab work and other advanced tools to address and resolve a variety of complex, chronic health issues. As a former D1 competitive athlete, Britni continues to embrace an incredibly active lifestyle, and further specializes in helping athletes of all levels improve their performance and recovery efforts.
When she’s not working with clients or continuing her pursuit as a lifelong learner (both formally and informally), you can find her backcountry skiing (she’s been a Ski Guide with Steamboat Powdercats since the winter of 2013), teaching avalanche awareness + other outdoor education courses, mountain biking, trail running, gardening, cooking, and otherwise embracing all that Colorado has to offer by spending as much time outdoors adventuring + unplugging with friends, loved ones, and her beloved mini-aussie sidekick, Parker Rose.

Sandra Jones, FNTP, RWS3, CCH
Sandra Jones has been in the healing arts for over thirty years. A bodyworker first, trained and certified as a Rolfer and cranio-sacral practitioner, then adding a certification in classical homeopathy over twenty years ago and then as a certified functional nutritionist for the last eleven. Since 2021 she has been a trauma-informed NARM (neuraffective relationship model) professional.
Her own healing journey helped frame core guiding principles including that no one should settle for just managing pain and dis-ease and that healing is primarily relational.
Curious and steady, Sandra continues to add to her skill set. Always looking for upstream answers and core mis-attunements, she strives to help folks reach their health and wellness goals.
Her focus on bio-individualized medicine means she meets folks where they are with compassion and insight.
When she’s not in the office, you can find her elbow deep in her gardens with her trusted husky mix, Marzipan, or reading British detective novels.
Hanna Haubeck, Client Success Coordinator
Hanna is the Client Success Coordinator, bringing a calm, behind-the-scenes strength to every part of the process. After completing the Nutritional Therapy Association program in 2019, she discovered her true niche in the background work of organizing, staying efficient, and making sure all the details and paperwork are handled with care.

Hanna lives in Clarksville, TN with her husband, two kids, and their dog. When she's not keeping things running smoothly, she loves cooking, being outside, and getting lost in a good thriller.
